Role Overview

Adams Street Partners, a $76B global private markets investment manager, is hiring a Vice President for its Singapore office to join the integrated Asia investment team with a focus on Japan.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with general partner groups to evaluate potential investment opportunities, with a focus on the Japan market

- Support identification and management of a portfolio of Japanese and broader Asian managers across venture capital, growth equity and buyout funds

- Conduct due diligence for co-investments into companies and secondary transactions in Japan and other Asia markets

- Conduct market research to support portfolio decisions

Qualifications

Investment professional with proven financial, analytical and interpersonal skills and an interest in the alternative investment sector; role has flexibility to relocate to Adams Street's Tokyo office after 1-2 years.

Compensation & Location

Singapore (with potential relocation to Tokyo).
