The fund is domiciled in Jersey and FCA-regulated through ZCAP LLP, an appointed representative of Langham Hall Fund Management LLP. In June 2026, Stable Asset Management committed US$100 million to the fund — its largest single LP commitment to date — reflecting growing institutional confidence in Zenzic's platform as it scales toward its US$2 billion hard cap.
