About This Fund
Titan Capital Partners Growth Fund is the debut institutional fund of Titan Capital Partners, an Israeli-origin growth equity and secondary capital firm seeded by Tiger Management. The fund reached its final close of $100 million in June 2022 and is co-founded by Ben Topor (formerly managing partner at Catalyst Fund, a top-tier Israeli VC) and Omer Schloss (former private equity professional based in London). The firm maintains a dual presence with offices in Tel Aviv (46 Rothschild Boulevard) and Palm Beach, Florida (250 Royal Palm Way).
The fund deploys growth equity and secondary capital into world-class internet, software, consumer, and financial technology companies. Investments are made both in primary financing rounds (Series B and above) and through the acquisition of secondary positions in companies and funds. The fund targets companies with a minimum of $10 million in annual revenue and at least 80% year-over-year growth, deploying up to $15 million per transaction across a portfolio of 10 to 15 companies. Titan Capital Partners operates with a rapid deployment model — investment decisions are typically made within 2 to 3 business days — and imposes no minimum ownership thresholds or board seat requirements, maximizing flexibility for portfolio company management teams.
The fund's LP base includes five global family offices from Israel, the United States, England, Australia, and South Korea, as well as wealth management groups from three global investment banks based in the United States and Switzerland. Notable portfolio investments include a $14 million commitment to Verbit.AI (AI-powered transcription and captioning), as well as positions in DataRails, WSC Sports, Guesty, and BiltOn. Titan Capital Partners subsequently launched a successor fund, Titan Capital Partners II ($150 million, focused on US-Israel software), in November 2025, building on the debut fund's track record in the Israeli-linked technology ecosystem.
