About This Fund
Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund V (SISF V) is the fifth and largest flagship infrastructure secondaries vehicle managed by Stafford Capital Partners, a specialist real assets manager with offices in Austin, London, Milan, Rotterdam, Seoul, Sydney, and Zurich. The fund reached a final close in January 2026 at over USD 1.1 billion—surpassing its predecessor, the USD 731 million SISF IV—attracting a consortium of new institutional investors alongside a loyal base of returning limited partners from the firm's established infrastructure secondaries franchise.
SISF V acquires secondary interests in infrastructure assets primarily through off-market transactions, deploying a proprietary quantitative deal-sourcing model to identify attractively priced opportunities across transport, digital infrastructure, energy transition, social infrastructure, and utilities sectors. The fund operates without additional leverage and incorporates enhanced sustainability targets aligned with the transition to a lower-carbon economy. Target geographies span Europe—with particular focus on the DACH region and the United Kingdom—as well as North America and Asia, capitalizing on Stafford's extensive regional office network and deep manager relationships cultivated over two decades in infrastructure secondaries.
By December 2025, SISF V had committed over 35% of its capital across 13 positions and 115 underlying assets, achieving a weighted average entry discount of 20.4% and Net TVPIs of 1.27x (EUR vehicle) and 1.40x (USD vehicle). With several transactions in exclusivity heading into Q1 2026, total deployment was expected to reach approximately 50%, demonstrating the fund's rapid and disciplined investment pace consistent with Stafford Capital Partners' track record across four predecessor infrastructure secondaries vehicles.
