About This Fund
The fund is a private equity growth and expansion vehicle managed by Revaia. Revaia expects to add an additional 12 portfolio companies in this vehicle from Series B rounds onward. The fund will invest in European sustainable growth looking for entrepreneurs who disrupt entire industries with their technology, innovation and vision. The team backs bold European growth-stage companies with more than €5m revenue and with sustainability built into their DNA. The fund targets companies enabling SMEs' digitalization, workplace improvement, digital infrastructure, and digital energy transition sectors. The fund prefers to invest in €10 to €30. The fund benefits from the continued support of its historical LPs including Bpifrance (in equity and via the MC4 fund, managed on behalf of the French government as part of France 2030), while attracting several new backers including the European Investment Fund, CAPSSA, CARAC, and UMR. Across the funds and co-investment vehicles it manages, Revaia is now supported by some 20 institutional investors and over 130 family offices, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
