Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit

Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit is a $1B+ global infrastructure credit fund (final close Feb 2026) managed by Power Sustainable.

About This Fund

Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit (PSIC) is a global infrastructure credit fund managed by Power Sustainable, a Montreal-based sustainable asset management firm and subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada. PSIC represents Power Sustainable's inaugural direct lending vehicle, targeting high-yield infrastructure debt investments across clean energy, transport, digital, social, and utility infrastructure sectors with a global mandate and initial focus on North America.

The fund provides creative and highly tailored financing solutions — including senior secured loans, mezzanine debt, and structured credit instruments — to companies and management teams operating across infrastructure verticals benefiting from long-term structural demand. Key sectors include community solar development, fiber-to-the-home broadband, data centers, aerial firefighting services, clean transportation, and utility-scale renewables. PSIC differentiates itself through bespoke deal structuring capability and a particular focus on infrastructure sectors underserved by traditional lenders, enabling the fund to earn attractive risk-adjusted yields while supporting essential infrastructure development. The global mandate allows the team to allocate opportunistically across geographies where returns are most compelling.

Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit announced the final close of its inaugural fund in February 2026, with total capital aligned with the strategy exceeding US$1 billion, including over US$800 million in direct fund commitments plus separately managed accounts. Since its launch, the strategy has completed eight investments across a diversified portfolio of North American infrastructure assets. The successful final close reflects strong institutional demand for climate-aligned infrastructure credit as part of alternatives allocations seeking uncorrelated yield in the current market environment.
