About This Fund
Pantheon Global Secondaries Fund VII is a global private equity secondaries fund with a focus on the mid-market. The fund invests in a blend of traditional LP secondaries and GP-led secondaries opportunities. The 2021 vintage fund is managed by Pantheon. The fund aims to capture benefits from potential discounts and early distributions associated with traditional secondaries portfolios and premium returns associated with more concentrated GP-led investments. PGSF VII marks Pantheon’s largest-ever raise for a private equity secondaries program. As of December 2023, the fund has approximately 60% of total commitments deployed; $2 billion portfolio of investments with over $1.2 billion in dry powder still to be deployed.
