Northleaf Capital Partners has announced the final close of its latest infrastructure fund, Northleaf Infrastructure Capital Partners IV (NICP IV), achieving its hard cap of $2.6 billion and exceeding the initial target of $2.25 billion. This milestone marks the firm's largest infrastructure fund to date, reflecting strong investor confidence in Northleaf's mid-market investment strategy. The fund attracted commitments from over 70 institutional investors across 14 countries, underscoring its global appeal. NICP IV focuses on control investments in contracted mid-market infrastructure assets, primarily in North America, with selective opportunities in Western Europe and Australia.
