Manulife Private Equity Partners III is the third installment in Manulife Investment Management's private equity fund-of-funds series, successfully closing with approximately $660 million in commitments. The fund was developed in partnership with Ardian, a leading global private investment house, and is designed to provide investors with diversified exposure to private equity opportunities. The portfolio includes fund interests and co-investments in North American buyout funds managed by over 15 leading private equity managers. The fund aims to deliver growth and value creation by leveraging the expertise of multiple managers across various sectors and industries.
