About This Fund
The KSA Logistics Fund III, created by Arcapita Capital Company, focuses on investing in industrial real estate assets across the manufacturing and warehousing sectors in strategic locations across Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The fund aims to take a built-to-suit approach, developing properties with long-term off-take arrangements with tenants.
Arcapita Group's strategy with this fund is to leverage its international expertise in industrial real estate to support Saudi Arabia's ambition of becoming a global logistics hub. The fund also aligns with the Kingdom's Global Supply Chain Resilience Initiative, which aims to attract SAR 40 billion ($10.6 billion) in investments and transform the country into a global logistics hub.
The fund has already attracted investments from a leading sovereign wealth fund from the GCC region, as well as other major institutional investors such as pension funds and financial institutions.
