About This Fund
Hat Technology Fund V is a private equity fund focused on technology and innovation megatrend in Italy. The fund will target the technology sector focusing on AI, software, automation and robotics deals. The firm has picked up capital from Italian institutional and family investors and international family offices and HNWIs so far for HAT Technology Fund 5. HAT Technology Fund 5 will invest in eight to 12 companies through growth capital and buyout operations, with investment tickets per single company of €10-30m.
