About This Fund
The BGO Europe Secured Lending Fund III targets investments in the commercial real estate market in Europe and the UK. It focuses on direct lending across various real estate asset classes, including logistics, multi-family residential, hospitality, retail, and office properties.
The fund primarily invests in mid-market senior and whole loans, with the ability to provide junior debt for appropriate opportunities. The loan amounts typically range from €25 million to €300 million. The fund has a strong track record of successful debt strategy closes, with more than €1.38 billion in commitments from 40 global institutional investors. Additionally, the fund is committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations throughout its lending process and asset management.
