About This Fund
Epiris Fund III targets control positions in UK-headquartered businesses with an enterprise value of between £75m and £500m. The fund focuses on deploying between £40m and £150m of equity in each investment. Fund III has a specific focus on sectors such as aftermarket automotive parts, prepaid funeral plans, high-performance fasteners for energy markets, and B2B information services. In terms of geographies, the fund targets businesses in the UK, but it also attracted support from new and existing investors globally, including North America, Continental Europe, Japan, and Australia.
The fund has a diverse investor base, including public and private pension funds, endowments and foundations, asset managers, and private investors. Fund III has a larger capital size than its predecessor, Fund II, and has already deployed more than 20% of its total capital across four investments.
