CBRE Asia Value Partners 7 SCSp SICAV‑RAIF (AVP 7) is a Luxembourg‑domiciled, real estate value‑add fund managed by CBRE Investment Management. AVP 7 focuses primarily on modern logistics assets, including warehouses and distribution centers, as well as select data‑center opportunities—continuing the trend established by AVP VI, where at least 80 % of capital was dedicated to high‑demand logistics real estate.
