Capitol Meridian Partners (CMP) invests in companies at the nexus of government and commercial markets, targeting sectors such as Government Technology, Aerospace & Defense, and Government Services. The firm has completed five platform investments to date and has raised $900 million for its first fund, exceeding its target and hitting its hard cap. CMP was founded by Adam Palmer and Brooke Coburn, each with 27 years of private equity experience. More than 30 institutional investors committed capital to Fund I, including endowments and foundations, pension funds, fund-of-funds, insurance companies, and family offices. Fund I investments include companies such as Altumint, Clarity Innovations, LMI Consulting, PrimeFlight, and Project Nimbus, targeting technology services, data and cyber analytics, management consulting, logistics, aviation services, and defense technology.
