About This Fund
BNP Paribas Climate Impact Infrastructure Debt" fund is a collaborative initiative between BNP Paribas Asset Management, BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking, and BNP Paribas Cardif. The fund is created to provide comprehensive financing solutions to projects and players involved in the energy transition and climate change mitigation. It targets EUR 500-750 million from institutional investors, including a seeding commitment from BNP Paribas Cardif. Structured as a Luxembourg RAIF and classified as Article 9 under SFDR, the fund aims to support energy transition projects across continental Europe, focusing on renewable energy, clean mobility, and the circular economy, including sectors like batteries, hydrogen, and carbon capture. As of Dec. 2023, the fund already secured three investments, including a low-carbon energy producer, a green-sourced district heating platform, and a portfolio of onshore wind farms.
