Accel-KKR Credit Partners is the inaugural direct lending fund of Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Since its inception, Accel-KKR Credit Partners has deployed over USD 1.5 billion across more than 80 investments in US software companies spanning verticals including healthcare IT, human capital management, financial software, media technology, and logistics software. The fund's success led to the launch of Accel-KKR Credit Partners II, targeting USD 350 million, and a broader multi-vintage credit franchise that has established Accel-KKR as a recognized lender in the private credit market for technology companies.
