Geographically, the fund focuses on Western Europe, particularly the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Spain—markets with strong regulatory support and infrastructure needs aligned with its thesis. The fund typically invests in companies with enterprise values between €50 million and €200 million, annual revenues of €10 million to €100 million, and positive EBITDA. These companies often require capital for expansion, innovation, and market development as they contribute to sustainable economic growth.
