Wistron Ventures Corporation (WVC) is the corporate venture capital subsidiary wholly owned by Wistron Corporation. Approved by the board in May 2025, WVC is funded with up to NT$3.5 billion to identify, co‑invest in, and support strategic startups aligned with Wistron’s core business and future technology roadmap.
WVC is aligned with Wistron’s innovation ecosystem, including its in‑house Wistron Accelerator (powered by AppWorks) and Wistron Lab @ Garage+, where Wistron engages with startups in AI, IoT, cloud services, cybersecurity, education tech, and medical technology. Through these channels, WVC enables pilot programs, mentorship, proof‑of‑concept collaborations, and potential capital infusion.
Building on Wistron’s history of strategic startup investments (over NT$10 billion invested across 50–60 companies), WVC is expected to accelerate external innovation and strengthen Wistron’s long‑term strategic growth via partnerships, technology integration, and co‑development.
