WindCapitalPartners GmbH is a German firm specializing in the implementation of business models within the energy transition, with a primary focus on onshore wind energy and battery storage solutions. The firm is actively involved in the entire lifecycle of wind energy projects, from brokering potential sites to accompanying M&A transactions of wind farms. They also play a crucial role in the development and financing of new wind park portfolios for leading German municipal utilities.

WindCapitalPartners GmbH was established in 2012 by its managing directors, Franz Biesinger and Prof. Dr. Werner Süss. The firm holds a significant stake in ENESTO, a Berlin-based company that bundles its battery storage division. (agr.), has a long-standing background in sales, particularly with a focus on municipal utilities within a major European energy group. Prof. Dr. Werner Süss, a qualified lawyer, possesses considerable leadership experience in the energy industry, including serving as the chairman of the management board for the sales business unit of a large European energy concern.
