VestedWorld is an early-stage investment fund manager dedicated to catalyzing economic development and fostering growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Founded in 2014, the firm primarily invests in high-growth companies across three core sectors: Agribusiness, Consumer Products and Services, and Enabling Technologies. VestedWorld was founded in 2014 by Euler Bropleh, who envisioned a venture capital fund that would empower the next generation of businesses and entrepreneurs in Africa. Bropleh's motivation stemmed from his personal experiences growing up in Liberia and witnessing the disparities between the United States and various African countries. He sought to address the severe need for risk capital to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa to achieve their growth aspirations. Initially, VestedWorld operated on a “deal by deal” basis through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) before launching its first closed-end fund, VestedWorld Fund II, in 2017. The firm has since expanded its fund offerings, including the VestedWorld Rising Star Fund, launched in 2022, attracting commitments from a diverse range of investors.

VestedWorld's portfolio showcases a diverse range of companies addressing critical market needs and driving innovation across Africa. Notable investments include Bake Easy, a producer and supplier of baking premixes; Kathy's Fresh, which supplies fresh produce to various markets; and Jackfruit Finance, providing affordable working capital to private schools. The firm has also backed technology-enabled solutions such as a wealth management platform (“Wealth tech”), Beacon Power Services, a provider of energy-management solutions in Nigeria, and Sendy, a Kenyan logistics startup. Other significant portfolio companies include Victory Farms, Tomato Jos, DrugStoc, Shuttlers, Kasha, and Viamo, demonstrating VestedWorld's commitment to supporting businesses that offer essential services and have strong social and economic impact.

The VestedWorld team, led by founder and Managing Director Euler Bropleh, brings deep knowledge and extensive networks to identify and support transformative businesses. Bropleh, an attorney with a background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, is diligent about helping early-stage companies reach their full potential and ensuring VestedWorld acts as a trusted steward of investor capital. The firm's professionals, including Investment Associates based in Lagos and Nairobi, possess diverse backgrounds and expertise in areas such as financial technology, business intelligence, and private equity, enabling them to provide strategic support across fundraising, financial planning, marketing, and customer introductions to their portfolio companies.
