Tritemius is a Spain-based investment firm focused on the Web3 and digital assets ecosystem. Founded in 2023 by Luis Pastor, Carlos Fernández, and Sacha Gordillo, the firm positions itself as a catalyst for early-stage technology ventures. Tritemius combines traditional venture capital with a modern approach to blockchain and decentralized innovation, driving transformation in financial and digital infrastructure.

The company operates across three key verticals: Venture Capital, Venture Building, and Digital Asset Management. In 2025, Tritemius Capital launched the “Tritemius Fund FCRE I,” Spain’s first Web3-focused VC fund regulated by the CNMV. With €21 million in committed capital and average investments of €500,000, the fund targets startups in decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain infrastructure, privacy, cybersecurity, and tokenization. Tritemius supports its portfolio not only with capital, but also with strategic mentoring, business development, and access to a broad network across Europe and Latin America.
