Jake Worley, the third Principal and Co-Founder, focuses on analytical strategy and investor relations, with prior experience in the real estate investment sector at Crawford Hoying.

Notable transactions include the acquisition of The Banks, a mixed-use property in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Canyon Park, a multifamily asset in Tallahassee, Florida, which underwent a student housing conversion. The firm also acquired the Whitestone Portfolio, comprising hotel properties in locations such as Taos, New Mexico; Neenah, Wisconsin; Huntington, West Virginia; and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Additionally, SW Capital Group has invested in industrial properties, such as the Schreiber Industrial Property, and multifamily portfolios like the North Cincinnati Apartment Portfolio, often in partnership with operating partners to implement value-add strategies.
