Brett Morris joined as a Principal in January 2024, bringing over 15 years of investing and M&A advisory experience from firms like The Cline Group, ClearSky, and Harris Williams. Their active portfolio includes Sphere Investigations, Fraud Sniffr, Phenix Investigations, Marshall Investigative Group, and Belfry Software.
