Founded in 2022, Stalwart Ventures emerged from the rebranding of RevRoad Capital, a Utah-based early-stage venture fund that debuted with a $61 million fund. The firm is headquartered in Provo, Utah, and primarily invests in the United States. Its investment focus spans high-growth technology startups, particularly within the software, information technology, artificial intelligence (AI), mobility, business products, and B2B services sectors.

The firm's portfolio includes a diverse range of companies such as Hypercraft, Particl, Kinectify, Halosight, Sierra, Skill Struck, ReferPro, Nomyx, Proteus, Innovera, and Volta. A notable recent investment is Novaworks, an AI-native agentic operating system for Total Workforce Management. Stalwart Ventures targets companies at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages of their development.

The Stalwart Ventures team brings over a century of combined experience from prominent companies like Apple, Amazon, Red Hat, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. Key team members include Co-Founder and Executive Managing Director David Mann, a former Amazon executive; Founding Partner and Managing Director Rachelle Morris, an experienced investor from Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan; Chief Financial Officer James Prasad, a serial entrepreneur and former Red Hat executive; and Managing Director Jeff Martin, a multi-exit serial entrepreneur and former Apple executive. This collective expertise enables the firm to guide founders from initial concept to enterprise-level scaling.
