The platform converts 2D architectural drawings into code-compliant 3D construction documents, performing built-in design conflict detection, local code validation, and energy efficiency analysis — all reviewed by licensed professional engineers before permit submission. Since launch the company has posted 300% revenue growth and manages 140+ active projects across the United States. Spacial was co-founded by CEO Maor Greenberg, a real estate and construction executive with 19+ years of experience and founder of Palo Alto-based Greenberg Group, and CPO Ami Avrahami, a serial tech entrepreneur who previously co-founded Reali (real estate fintech) and Veev (prefab construction startup). In October 2025 the company raised a $10 million Seed round led by TLV Partners to expand its AI capabilities and grow its sales and customer success teams. The platform primarily serves architects, builders, and design professionals operating in the U.S. residential housing market.
