David Clark is the President and Managing Partner, overseeing underwriting and capital market activities, as well as the firm's strategic growth.

Signature Capital Advisors is a direct lender to developers and investors, capable of lending up to $2,000,000 per borrower, with larger amounts considered on a case-by-case basis. Their loan criteria include a minimum loan amount of $100,000 and a maximum of $2 million, with a minimum credit rating of 600. They offer various loan types such as acquisition, land, construction, refinancing, rehab, and pre-development cost funding, across property types including single-multi family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, special use, and retail.

The leadership team brings extensive experience to the firm. Mark Quigley has over three decades of experience, having developed significant retail, student housing, office, and senior housing spaces. He also has a strong background in commercial mortgage banking, having secured over $700 million in debt and equity placements individually and over $1 billion corporately. David Clark's expertise spans underwriting, capital markets, property management, development, and alternative real estate investment initiatives. He holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and serves on an advisory council for a local Regional Bank.
