Founded in 2014 and based in Mumbai, India, Sharrp Ventures is a multi-asset class investment firm with exposure across listed equities, unlisted companies, and private equity funds primarily in India and the United States.

On the private side, Sharrp Ventures focuses on consumer-oriented businesses (FMCG and non-FMCG) and select sub-segments in consumer technology, logistics/supply chain, and sustainability/climate. The firm primarily invests at the Series A stage in India-based companies, with typical ticket sizes ranging from $1M to $3M. Its portfolio includes unicorns such as Purplle and Policybazaar. The firm is led by Rishabh Mariwala, representing the second generation of the Mariwala family.
