The firm was co-founded by Story Jenks and Drew Frailey. Story Jenks serves as a Managing Partner, bringing experience from Nantahala Capital Management and Graham Partners. Drew Frailey, a co-founder and advisor, also has a background in private equity, having worked at CCMP Capital (formerly J.P. Morgan Partners) and Graham Partners. Their collective experience underpins Perennial Partners' strategy of active partnership and operational engagement.

Story Jenks holds an A.B. in Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Drew Frailey earned his B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Missouri.
