Panattoni is an international real‑estate developer specialising in industrial and logistics properties. It was founded in 1986 by Carl Panattoni and remains privately held. Panattoni operates through 68 offices in the U.S., Canada and Europe and has developed over 625 million square feet of space.

Through its European investment arm Newport by Panattoni, it manages about €12 billion in assets under management (approx. $13.2 billion). The platform employs more than 1,000 professionals and operates in 19 countries.
