OTP Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to empowering founders who are building for the Indian market. The firm focuses its investments across three primary sectors: consumer brands, consumer-facing platforms, and fintech. Within brands, OTP Ventures is interested in industries such as beauty, personal care, food, and consumer durables. For platforms, their focus includes commerce, health, education, and home-related services. Given India's advanced fintech landscape, the firm actively supports innovation in this sector, aiming to foster its growth for future generations.

The firm was founded in 2023 by a team of experienced entrepreneurs: Suhail Sameer, Kunal Suri, and Saurabh Vashishtha. The founders established OTP Ventures with a mission to be the preferred partner for entrepreneurs, offering comprehensive support that extends beyond just funding. Their vision is to act as a catalyst for disruptive innovation, driving growth and success for founders who dare to dream big. The firm successfully closed its first fund at INR 500 crore (approximately $50 million USD) in February 2026, surpassing its initial target.

Notable investments include companies like abCoffee, Admit Kard, Apnaklub, Asaya, Breathe Well-Being, CirplePe, Rupeek, Traya, FableStreet, NatHabit, Nester, Dezerv, The Whole Truth Foods, and Liquide.

The founding partners bring a wealth of operational and strategic experience to the firm. Suhail Sameer is recognized for scaling Too Yumm! and leading BharatPe's growth. Kunal Suri has a background in scaling large food service companies and building India's largest influencer-led commerce business, simsim (acquired by Google). Saurabh Vashishtha is a technology expert, having built commerce platforms at Paytm Mall and co-founded simsim. This collective experience allows OTP Ventures to provide personalized mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to deep industry networks, accelerating the path to success for their portfolio companies.
