ORIX Capital Partners (OCP) is an industry and operationally-focused middle-market private equity firm. As a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, the U.S. hub for Tokyo-based ORIX Corporation, OCP specializes in direct control investments in established North American middle-market companies.
