Following the sale of ImageFIRST to a private equity firm, the partners sought new challenges, leading them to form Northwoods Partners with a shared vision to positively impact other businesses through their collective experience and values.

Northwoods Partners' portfolio showcases a diverse range of investments. Notable acquisitions include majority stakes in Serv-U Locksmiths, a physical security provider, and Alerion Door & Glass, a commercial and industrial door and glass solutions contractor. They also hold a majority stake in Island Master Locksmith, a security solutions company. The firm has made minority investments in Pearle Vision, a regional eyecare provider, SeedPod Cyber, which offers cyber insurance programs, and H2O Power Equipment Company, a distributor of industrial pressure washers and related equipment.

The team at Northwoods Partners brings extensive operational and investment experience. Key members include Jeffrey Berstein as CEO and Jordan Berstein as CIO, who oversees all investment activities. Corey Cannon serves as VP of Finance, while Jim Malandra, Terry Smith, Jay Juffre, Joe Geraghty, and Bill Gay contribute as Operating Partners.
