Norfund is the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, established in 1997 by the Norwegian Parliament. It is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the specific mandate to contribute to the sustainable commercial development of businesses in developing countries.
