NNS Group is a single-family office managing the wealth of Egyptian billionaire Nassef Sawiris, who amassed his fortune through Orascom Construction and OCI NV, a global fertiliser and chemicals business. Founded in 2016, NNS oversees an estimated $2.5–5 billion in assets and operates from offices in Abu Dhabi, London, Luxembourg, and New York.

The firm invests directly and through funds across public equities, venture and growth opportunities, real assets, and strategic stakes. Across its venture, growth, and public practices, NNS backs rapidly growing, founder-led companies in Enterprise Software, Fintech, Consumer, and Digital Health. Nassef Sawiris serves as Chairman of OCI NV, is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Adidas, and is Executive Chairman of Aston Villa Football Club. In 2024, NNS Group announced plans to redomicile its headquarters to Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), reflecting its strategic pivot toward the UAE as a financial hub.
