Natural Capital is a relationship-driven private investment firm based in Northwest Arkansas, focusing on wealth creation for its partners. Natural Capital was founded in 2019. The firm was co-founded by Arkansas natives Brad Henry, Marshall Saviers, Brock Gearhart, and Todd Simmons. The concept for the firm developed from discussions among the founders about investment opportunities in Arkansas and the Heartland, aiming to respond to growing interest in the region from other U.S. funds.

As of November 2025, Natural Capital has completed 28 investments and exited 4. The firm has invested $326 million across its portfolio, which includes both real estate and operating companies in Arkansas and the broader Heartland. Their real estate investments include workforce housing, commercial, and industrial properties. One notable real estate project is the lead equity investment in a $28 million redevelopment project in downtown Rogers, Arkansas, called First Street Flats, which will add 121 apartment units.
