Company Profile

Myriad Venture Partners is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2024 by Chris Fisher, former Founder and Managing Partner of Xerox Ventures. The firm launched its inaugural fund in January 2024 with $100 million in initial commitments, anchored by investment from Xerox. Myriad focuses on backing transformative companies across three core domains: artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and industrial revitalization. The firm targets AI-first and data-centric technologies that automate complex processes, secure operations, and create new business models, alongside purpose-built vertical applications addressing industry-specific workflows and clean technologies driving the transition to net-zero futures. The firm's differentiation lies in its proprietary Myriad Model, which combines early-stage capital with strategic ecosystem partnerships connecting entrepreneurs, corporate partners, industry leaders, and co-investors. Rather than providing capital alone, Myriad offers operational expertise, strategic guidance, and commercial opportunities through its extensive network. The team comprises domain specialists and operators with decades of experience across investing, operations, research and development, legal, and finance in both private and public markets. The firm's Executive Advisory Board includes senior leaders from Fortune 500 companies such as Mastercard, Analog Devices, Commvault, Lenovo, GSK, Xerox, Synchrony Financial, The Hershey Company, Google, Visa, and Microsoft, providing portfolio companies with strategic insights and access to enterprise partnerships. Myriad's portfolio has demonstrated significant traction and impact. Between March and September 2025, the Myriad Model facilitated over 152 curated commercial introductions between 134 corporations and 93 startups, resulting in 36 proof-of-concept arrangements and 10 commercial contracts. Portfolio companies have collectively raised $433.8 million in additional capital since Myriad's initial investments, with $182.2 million secured in 2024 alone. Notable portfolio companies include Patlytics, a patent intelligence platform that secured a $14 million Series A round; Li Industries, which raised $36 million in Series B funding and secured a $55 million Department of Energy grant for battery recycling; Anvilogic, an AI-powered cloud-based security platform serving enterprises like PayPal and SAP; Cascade AI, providing trusted AI solutions for HR and benefits; and ClearCOGS, automating restaurant operations. Additionally, 31 Fortune 500 companies are now using technology developed by Myriad portfolio companies. In October 2025, Myriad strengthened its platform capabilities by appointing Sarah Adams as Partner and Head of Platform. Adams brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of venture capital, private equity, and enterprise technology, including roles as a Principal at Consello advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic M&A and as founder of Cribstone Ventures. The firm is headquartered in New York with portfolio companies spanning North America and Europe, positioning itself as a partner of choice for founders building category-defining companies in business solutions.
