Dr. Maximilian Engelken, who joined as Managing Director in 2019, holds an Industrial Engineering degree and a PhD, with prior experience in management at CDTM and strategy at a robotics startup. Lukas Lang, an Investment Manager since 2024, joined the firm in 2021 as an Associate, bringing a background in Accounting & Finance and experience in investor relations for a robotics startup.
