Founded in 2015 by Javier Santiso, CEO and General Partner, and Moisés Sánchez, CLO and General Partner, Mundi Ventures emerged to fill a gap in venture capital for technology founders tackling systemic issues in areas like insurance, financial services, and enterprise solutions. The firm was initially known as Alma Mundi Ventures before expanding its global ambitions. Javier Santiso brings a strong academic background with a PhD from Oxford and experience as CEO Europe at Khazanah, while Moisés Sánchez contributes expertise in corporate and M&A law.

Mundi Ventures manages over €1.5 billion in assets across multiple funds, including the Kembara Fund, which focuses on deep tech and climate growth. The firm has supported over 70 technology companies globally, with notable investments in companies like Wefox, Bolttech, Klarna, Betterfly, and Jobandtalent. Their portfolio spans various regions, including Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Asia, with a particular emphasis on companies originating from or serving the global Spanish-speaking diaspora.
