Mindston Capital is a Paris-based independent real estate investment and private equity firm, founded in 2020. Approved as a portfolio manager by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the firm focuses on value‑add and niche real estate assets—spanning luxury residential, hotels, and coliving—by adapting to evolving urban lifestyles through agile, end‑to‑end asset management from acquisition to disposal.

Since launch, Mindston’s team of four partners—each with deep heritage at major European real estate firms—has raised and advised assets worth approximately €200 million and invested over €500 million in projects since 2021, including €410 million committed since 2022.
