Established in Munich, Germany, in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners, the firm has a long-standing heritage in the real estate sector. In December 2024, Manova Partners became a fully independent, 100% employee-owned business after spinning off from Macquarie Group, under whose aegis it had operated since 2018.

The firm specializes in managing a diverse global property portfolio, encompassing office, industrial, residential, and retail assets, with a particular focus on stable, income-generating properties.
