InCred Alternative Investments is the private equity arm of InCred Group, a diversified financial services enterprise based in India. It offers alternative investment strategies including private equity, structured credit, and liquid quant funds to its investor base. InCred launched its alternative credit strategies in the year 2022. The strategy aims to leverage a) InCred Group’s deep credit experience, b) the strength of InCred Group’s wide-ranging capabilities, and c) the structured credit team’s origination and structuring experience.

InCred's Private Equity Strategy is aimed at investing in high quality privately owned companies. InCred Growth Partners Fund – I (“IGPF I”), the first fund under this strategy will back companies in promising themes including consumer, financials, healthcare, technology and enterprise. IGPF I will invest via a combination of companies at Series B and C stage (Our Growing Stars), where growth is likely to drive outcomes and evolved stage companies (Our Glowing Stars), where focus on business efficiency will drive multiple expansion. The Fund is being led by Mr. Vivek Singla who brings over 18 years of investment management experience and has consummated several investments and exits during his long journey in the private markets. Vivek holds a B. Tech (Dual Degree) from IIT Delhi (2003) and a PGDM from IIM Lucknow (2005). He is also a CFA Charterholder.
