Hi Ventures is a Mexican venture capital firm that invests in early-stage Latin American startups with global ambitions, focusing on sectors driving human innovation such as AI, fintech, commerce, logistics, and healthtech. The firm provides financing and hands-on support to help entrepreneurs scale from inception to exit, targeting seed and Series A rounds. Formerly known as ALLVP, Hi Ventures has built a reputation for backing transformative companies solving the region's toughest challenges through technology.

Founded in 2012 by Federico Antoni, who had recently stepped down as CEO of a public retail company, Hi Ventures began with its first investment in Carrot, a mobility startup. Managing Partner Jimena Pardo joined the founding journey in early 2012 after meeting Federico; she later returned full-time in 2022 as Managing Partner following experience at HP and Facebook. Together, they have scaled the firm, managing multiple institutional funds exceeding $350 million in assets under management.

The portfolio features standout investments like Cornershop, acquired by Uber in 2021; Atlas, acquired by Remote in 2026; R2, acquired by ANT in 2025; and Fintual.
