HAT SGR is an independent asset management company, active since 2007 in the alternative investment market.

With assets managed for approximately 600 million euros, it operates through Private Equity funds specialized in the Italian technology market and, more generally, in the TMT (Technology, Media & entertainment, Telecommunications) sectors.

Over the years HAT SGR has achieved a unique positioning in the Italian market, thanks to its strong specialization in innovation and technology, great attention to risk mitigation and the obtaining of returns higher than the maximum value recorded by European peers with average returns equal to approximately 3x times the invested capital. As of 2024, in the last 6 years, it has been nominated 6 times for the "Dematté Award - Private Equity of the Year" promoted by AIFI together with Intesa Sanpaolo and EY, winning 3 times.

With 37 completed investment transactions - including Assist Digital, Burke & Burke, GPI, Huma Therapeutics, Lutech, Primat, Safety21, SIA and Wiit - over 50 new company acquisitions with portfolio companies (add-ons), 29 exits and 2 stock market listings, HAT SGR continues to create value for investors, acquired companies, investment teams, investee management and the community in which they operate.
