The firm was founded in 2018 by Fethi Sabancı Kamışlı, who serves as its Founder and Managing Partner. The venture is backed by the first and second-generation family members of Şevket Sabancı, a co-founder of the prominent Turkish conglomerate, Sabancı Holding.

Fethi Sabancı Kamışlı leads the firm with a background in economics and corporate finance, coupled with extensive global investment activities. Ali Sabancı, a member of the Investment Committee, contributes valuable insights from his leadership roles, including as Chairman of Pegasus Airlines.
