Eden Capital deploys $20 - $75 million of equity per transaction with the ability to invest below those thresholds for add-on acquisitions. They seek majority, or substantial minority positions with control rights, through leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and growth equity structures. Eden invests in companies in United States, Canada, Western Europe with enterprise value smaller than $150 million, EBITDA between $3 and $15 million.
