In September 2024, the firm acquired TeleCloud, a cloud communication and connectivity provider, and Third Generation, a cloud communication services provider, to launch a new managed IT, voice, and networking platform. These acquisitions aim to build an exceptional platform of companies delivering cloud communication, connectivity, and managed services to a broad range of business customers.

The leadership team comprises co-founders Bradley Roofner and Logan Brown. Bradley Roofner, a University of Texas at Austin graduate with degrees in finance and business honors, previously served as CFO of WLE LLC. Logan Brown, also a University of Texas at Austin alumnus with a degree in rhetoric, was the COO of WLE LLC. Their combined experience in scaling and operating businesses, as demonstrated with WLE LLC, underpins Davenforth's hands-on approach to partnering with business leaders to provide operational assistance and capital for growth.
