Crew Capital is a community-driven venture capital firm that focuses on accelerating the growth of ambitious early-stage software companies. The firm provides founders with unmatched access to talent, customers, and industry thought leaders, aiming to have a multiplier effect on key initiatives across their portfolio businesses. Crew Capital invests in early-stage software businesses across various sectors, including applications, infrastructure, vertical SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, digital health, and e-commerce infrastructure.

Founded in October 2020 by Brandon Deer, Chief Strategy Officer of UiPath, and Daniel Dines, co-founder and CEO of UiPath, Crew Capital emerged from their extensive experience in building and scaling a large software firm. Their motivation was to improve the traditional venture capital model by creating a fund led by active operators who understand and are currently tackling the same market challenges as their portfolio companies. They began as angel investors in 2019 before formally establishing Crew Capital.

Crew Capital's portfolio spans the globe with investments in the U.S., Europe, Israel, and Latin America. The Crew Capital team comprises active operators and investors committed to guiding founders through company building. Co-founders Brandon Deer and Daniel Dines bring significant experience from UiPath, a major software firm they helped found and take public. Dylan Reider, a Partner, joined as the firm's first investor, bringing expertise from Wall Street where he covered enterprise software stocks. Sonia Damian serves as the Head of Platform and Community. The team's operational background allows them to offer current, in-market advice and support across various aspects of business scaling, from product iteration and go-to-market strategies to fundraising and talent acquisition.
