The managing partners, Emma Cartmell and Amit Aysola, bring extensive experience to the firm. Emma Cartmell is a seasoned healthcare industry investor and former operator, having held leadership roles at NantHealth and Abraxis BioScience, and advised entities like Morgan Stanley's Expansion Capital Fund and United Health Group's accelerator program. Amit Aysola is a digital health investor with a diverse background spanning healthcare operations, strategy consulting, and transaction advisory, including managing a healthcare portfolio for Wanxiang America and providing M&A advisory services at Healthcare Growth Partners.
