The firm was founded in 2022 by Stephanie Geveda, who serves as the Founder and Managing Partner. Ms. Geveda brings over two decades of investment experience, primarily focused on partnering with executive teams to build pioneering services companies that leverage technology to empower human capital. Prior to establishing Coalesce Capital, she spent over 12 years at Warburg Pincus, where she was most recently a Partner and Head of the Business Services Group.

Coalesce Capital's investment portfolio includes companies such as Marshall & Stevens, a leader in the valuation and appraisal industry; DecisionHR, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) delivering comprehensive HR services; DAS Health, a provider of IT and business solutions for physician groups and healthcare systems; Pearl Meyer, an advisor to boards and senior management on compensation and leadership consulting; and Examinetics, a provider of occupational health compliance testing services. These investments reflect the firm's focus on professional and digital services, infrastructure services, testing, inspection, certification & compliance (TIC & C), commercial & facility services, information & analytics, value-added BPO, route-based & logistics services, and residential & franchise sectors.
